IN THE LAND OF THE TROLLS

The coach will take us through beautiful Norwegian landscape of valleys, rivers and mountains- the land of the trolls.

At Byrkjedalstunet we will stop for coffe and Norwegian pastry. Byrkjedalstunet has one of the biggest souvenir shops in Norway and off course one of their most popular souvenirs are the trolls.

At this place you will find several small wooden house, many of them original houses moved from former farms in the area.

We will also stop at Gloppedalsura, the biggest boulder field in Northern Europe, and according to the legend also home to many trolls.

Back in Stavanger we will do a city sightseeing, including a stop at the Stavanger Cathedral and the city lake. The story says the lake was created by trolls throwing rocks at the Cathedral.
