Additional Charges

• Start / end outside Stavanger, extra charge pr. hour: NOK 285

• The guides travel expenses by public transport or taxi (if too early/late to use public transport) will be added

• Additional language: Pr. language pr. hour: NOK 350

• No show: If the group does not appear without prior notice 100% payment according to the booking will be charged.

• Changes: If any changes less than 3 days; extra charge NOK 1650

• Cancellation fee: Less than 1 week and up to 48 hours 50%

• Cancellation fee: Less than 48 hours 100%

• Luggage handling, per person NOK 50

• Mon-Sat after 7 pm and Sunday + 50%

• Norwegian public holidays + 100%

• Cruise handling, charge per hour NOK 565

• Tour preparation, charge per hour NOK 565

General Terms:

• City walk, maximum 20 guests pr guide

• Participants in tours arranged by GuideCompaniet AS are at their own risk and have to provide their own insurance.

Booking:

• All bookings must be confirmed by fax, e-mail or letter.

Payment:

• By invoice. Due to payment one week after arrangement date.

• Vouchers must state the exact services as booked. If any extra charges for services not stated on the voucher, an authorized person has to sign.

• The customer must pay any applicable bank fees and sir charges NOK 100 Cheques are not accepted.

• Cheques are not accepted

• Payment by international bank draft NOK 300

Force Majeure:

• In case of Force Majeure, GuideCompaniet AS has the right to cancel orders without liability.
